For your safety, mualimstore does, with the exception of products that arrive to you damaged. As for devices, they can be returned if they have not been used or opened and are in the same original condition in which they were received by us.

Is there a return fee?

If the product is damaged or defective, there are no fees and mualimstore will bear the full fees. But if the product is in its original condition, i.e. not damaged, the customer must bear the fees, the value of which is 30 AED, and it will be deducted from the value of the returned product.

Q: How can I exchange or return a product?

The customer service team will be happy to assist you by contacting them through the WhatsApp number (add number).

 Q: How long is the period allowed to replace or return the product? 

Within 4 days of purchase.

Q: How long does the product exchange or return process take?

10 working days. 

Q: How do I get a refund for my return? 

The amount will be refunded by transfer to your bank account, after the damaged product reaches us and confirms its condition first.

Q: What are the steps taken in case of wanting to replace the product?

When you want to choose an alternative product, please transfer the difference amount between the product to be replaced and the replacement product

Warranty Providers:

The device’s warranty is provided by the manufacturer or their authorized service provider and it is subjected to the warranty policies of the manufacturer, which can be found on the user manual or the official website of the manufacturer. To request for warranty services, customer must contact manufacturers or their authorized service center directly as per the rules and regulations.
  2. Warranty services provided by the authorized service center are not the responsibility of mualimstore This includes spare part availability, repair period and/or quality of repair. The customer is to contact the warranty service provider directly in case of complaints or any other concern.
  3. mualimstore provides its own warranty on some devices in order to ensure the highest quality of service. Customers can contact us for more  information.
